The Dream Placement programme organised by the Centre for Leadership Performance  enables teenagers in Cumbria to compete for the opportunity to spend a week with one of the county’s most forward-looking employers learning about leadership and career opportunities.  The process includes a Selection Day of interviews and business exercises interacting with representatives of employers offering Dream Placements, a Development Day preparing the students for their placements, activities during Dream Placement Week and a celebration event.  Trafalgar PR provides communications support for the programme, including photography and video of the events which is used in press and through social media.
